Vincent I purchased mainly for pourover and considered the balanced taste profile as described. The beans were darker than I expected but still produces a good cup when you get the right recipe for your taste. I enjoyed tasting and trying different recipes with these beans. On top of that, my wife loved the bold taste especially V60 on ice. Looking forward to try the filter bundle soon ☕️😊👍🏻
