At THREE, we believe that every coffee has a colour personality – a unique set of taste characteristics that offer a distinct sensory experience. We've categorised our coffees into three colour groups to help you easily discover and find coffees that you will like.

The first colour embodies bold, adventurous flavours designed for the daring palate. 

The second colour is rich and robust, offering a classic, comforting taste for traditional coffee lovers. 

The third colour is a blend of fresh and vibrant notes, perfect for those seeking a refreshing twist.

Greens

Very fruit forward and lively coffees, displaying fresh citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit notes.

These coffees will naturally express higher amounts of acidity, hinting at lighter rather than deeper fruits
and accompanied by a lighter, honey-like sweetness.

Green Coffees

Acidity & Clarity

Very fruit forward and floral coffees, hinting at more 'fresh' citrus, stone fruit and, sometimes, tropical notes.

These coffees will express higher amounts of acidity and display 'lighter' rather than deeper fruits.

Balanced, everyday coffees displaying notes of caramels, chocolate and nuts.

Hints of sweet acidity at the lighter end of the roast spectrum. Hints of dark chocolate, molasses and
tobacco at the other.

These coffees are great black or with milk.
