We offer both on-site and off-site service for home espresso machines and grinders.
As water is the main component in the beverages we make, most espresso and coffee machine problems arise from water issues or worn seals.
Coffee Machine Maintenance includes the following:
• Thorough cleaning of your machine
• Maintenance of the brew group (cleaning and lubrication)
• Maintenance of the steamers (cleaning and lubrication)
• Cleaning of O-rings
• Assessment for more complex issues
• Bench testing of functionality
• Estimation of any outstanding issues and repairs once authorized

Spare Parts : Machine spare parts are not included in this cost.
Descaling
Descaling of the coffee machine and removal of mineral deposits is an additional service, available upon request, at a cost of 200 AED.
Grinder Maintenance:
Includes diagnosis, cleaning, and labor for repairs.

DROPPING OFF YOUR MACHINE:
Before you drop off your machine, please ensure that all water and used coffee grounds are removed. The drip tray and grounds container should be empty. If your machine has been in storage, please check for any bugs or insects that may have entered the machine. We will not accept machines that show evidence of pests; if we find any during inspection, we will return the machine to you untouched.
