Panama Janson Anaerobic Honey Geisha Lot 98
The Janson family consistently produce some of Panama's best coffees, always placing highly in the esteemed Best of Panama competition. The Janson's have two farms, this particular lot coming from the higher altitude farm Los Alpes in the Tizingal area of Volcan. The 98 lot is processed as an Anaerobic Honey. Expect notes of jasmine, stone fruits and a high sweetness similar to ripe mango.
