Very complex coffee with notes of Stones Fruits, Dried Fruits, Florals, Honey and Spices
I love Costa Rican coffee and I know what to expect 90% percent of the time. This coffee left me a bit perplexed...
It wasn't bad by any mean, but it tasted like no other costa rican coffee (or central american coffee for that matter) that I've ever had...and I've had a few dozens.
I had family over and figured this would give them something different from what I typically brew for them and while I succeeded at the different part, I didn't do so well on the part where I blow their taste buds out of their mouths.
And for the price, there are a few GREAT options that you can get your hands on. So if you want to try something different give it a shot, but know that the washing process might've taken much and instilled too little to make you come back for more.
