Mokha not Mocha (MnM) has a proven track record of sourcing and processing some of Yemen's finest anaerobic naturals. Coffees that are incredibly sweet, with pronounced notes of berries, stone fruits, dried fruits, and a delightful candy-like quality.

This lot from Masar Village was processed as a classic natural, with a drying time of around 30 days.

Thanks to the region's high altitude, the cooler surrounding temperatures during drying extend the process, which in turn enhances the coffee's natural sweetness. Roasted for espresso, this lot delivers a rich, molasses-like sweetness and a velvety texture.
