Returns & Refunds
THREE Coffee, a brand owned by LD Retail, is delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your items purchased from us, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We promise to refund all re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from THREE Coffee. UAE & GCC

Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.
Returns received at our facility by mail within 10 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 10 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.
The above mentioned terms are ok also for the international shipments. But we have to receive the goods back before sending the replacement items (they have to send them back at their charge with the original packing. If the items is ok and never used we give the money back in 7 days). If it is our fault, we will pay for shipment expenses.
We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from THREE Coffee. Hence, if you would like to cancel an order you have made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
THREE Coffee is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges may apply.
