This particular Lot 21 Red Geisha is fermented anaerobically in a stainless steel tank for 48 hours and then shade dried as a natural. Its aroma is characterized by red and purple fruits. You can expect a complex cup with notes of berries, fig, and a caramel-like sweetness.
