This coffee was grown in the Bura region inside the governate of Hudayah. Hudayah is know as the "Red Sea Bride", and acts as its principal port on the Red Sea. This particular lot was processed as an 'Alchemy' anaerobic natural. This trademark style of processing from QIMA creates a very complex sensory profile with notes of chocolates, dried fruits, tropical fruits and purple fruits.
