The Corahe farm, located in Zenita, Veracruz, is a third generation family farm producing some of the tastiest natural and special preparation coffees we have tasted out of Mexico. This particular lot grew at the highest point in their farm at 1700 M.A.S.L, giving it a muted but sweet acidity. This particular coffee was processed as an anaerobic natural, with an anaerobic fermentation time of 24 hours. This relatively short fermentation time is beautiful as it is just enough to highlight the natural fruit characters within the coffee without compromising its sweetness. Expect deep purple fruits, red fruits and a funky jammy sweetness in the cup.
