This year we have a limited release for your morning espresso. Drew chose this coffee for his UAE Barista Championship milk course. A small microlot of Typica and Caturra varietals from Mount Totumas, Panama. Both coffees are anaerobically fermented naturals, blended in a 50/50 ratio. This coffee is an absolute fruit bomb, full of positive acidity and sweetness. Expect notes of red fruits, blackcurrant and chocolate. This coffee is roasted for milk but still works a treat as an espresso. Get your hands on it while stocks last!
