Eduardo, the eldest son of the Fernandez family, and a third generation coffee farmer, has transformed Zacatin into a specialty coffee farm in 2017. After planting specialty varieties such as Geisha, SL-28, Sudan Rume, and Tabi Eduardo's farm has become infamour for creating high quality, fruit-forward coffees. Located at the highest point in the town of Concordia in Antioquia, this farm focuses on producing honey and naturally processed coffees. You can taste the dedication that Eduardo puts into his farm. Expect notes of stone fruit, berries, baking spices and cacao in the cup.
