Taha B. I've had some mind blowing Yemeni coffee in the US 5 years (from a roaster friend who started a company called Port of Mokha) but I hadn't had good Yemeni coffee ever since and had completely given up on Yemeni coffee until I tried this.
Unlike your typical Anaerobic coffee, there is far more complexity in this coffee. Yes you get that pleasant fruity acidity from the anaerobic process, but there's also more layers of flavor on the back of your mouth after each sip. This is significantly more discernable when you enjoy the coffee around the 48-52 degrees mark (I use an Amber mug to try and monitor and taste different temperature ranges).
I will definitely be having this coffee again. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
